Metro New York / Tri-State Market Leaders Embrace Technologies and Cortel Business Solutions Join Forces 

February 18, 2011, New York, NY: Embrace Technologies, Inc. and Cortel Business Solutions, Inc. are proud to announce the amalgamation of their companies in the Metro New York/Tri-State area. The unified company will now do business as EmbraceCortel Technologies.  Embrace Technologies ("Embrace"), founded in 2001, is an industry leader in the delivery and maintenance of telecommunications, both traditional and Hosted VOIP, Cabling Infrastructure deployments, networking services, presentation and security products, inclusive of alarm, access control and surveillance systems.

Cortel Business Solutions, Inc. (Cortel), founded in 1979, is a premier distributor of Unified Communications Products and Services in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area, specializes in providing voice, data and video solutions to the Healthcare, Non-for-Profit, Professional Services, Finance and Contact Center markets.

With offices in Midtown Manhattan and New Jersey, these companies will combine and expand their products and quality service offerings to both their existing base of business, as well as to potential new customers throughout the Metro New York and Tri-State Area. This action creates an organization that will offer a single point of contact and a level of expertise to customers interested in cost-effectively utilizing emerging technologies and applications in virtually all aspects of the business communications industry.

 Some notable customers of Embrace Technologies and Cortel Business Solutions include the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Kensington Publications, PIMS, Inc., The J Companies, Staten Island University Hospital, Steiner Studios, and Monroe College.

Michael Einstein, a 32 year industry veteran and President ofEmbrace Technologies will now serve as the Company's CEO and President, “Embrace and Cortel share the common philosophy and approach to delivering unparalleled customer service, products and services. There are so many options, choices and technologies available today through a wide variety of suppliers and providers. Therefore, businesses need help making the right decision both from an applications point of view as well as a financial perspective”. Mr. Einstein continued

“Whether the client needs a traditional telephone system, state of the art VoIP technology, high-tech presentation equipment, or network design cabling and deployment, our collective expertise and industry partnerships allow us to deliver, the right solution at the most competitive price.” Prior to launching Embrace Technologies in 2001, Mr. Einstein was Executive Vice President for Eureka Networks, overseeing all company sales and operations. He also successfully held senior management positions with industry leading companies such as, Executone, Jackson Voice and Data and the Siemens Rolm Corporation.

Current Cortel President Tom Ramsey, and Executive V.P. of Sales John Lippolis, will both remain with the organization throughout the transitional period, although both will retire at an undisclosed juncture in the future. Dennis Larkin, Cortel’s V.P. of Customer Service, will assume the expanded role of Executive V.P. of Operations/Customer Service.

Dennis Larkin has over 38 years of telecommunications experience. His impressive resume includes New York Telephone, Installation Manager for Litton Business Telephone, and Operations Manager for Teleconnect, Inc. Further, he is one of the founding partners of Cortel Business Solutions, a Mitel Platinum Dealer, founded in 1979. As the Executive Vice President of Customer Service for Cortel, Mr. Larkin was responsible for a customer base of over 1000 customers in the tristate area. Additionally, he managed the ongoing growth of large hospitals and universities, as well as their onsite support teams. Mr. Larkin was passionate about keeping the technical staff of over 25 trained technicians abreast on the latest technology, helping to make Cortel an industry leader.

In connection with this action, Embrace and Cortel were acquired by BluePrint Technologies, Inc. ("BluePrint"). BluePrint Technologies, formerly Brookside Technology Holdings Corp. is the result of a merger whereas Brookside merged into its private wholly owned subsidiary, BluePrint Technologies, Inc. The re-branding of Brookside to BluePrint Technologies aligns with the company’s core philosophy as the Architects of Telefficiency™ delivering business solutions designed to meet the unique needs of each customer. Further bolstering this merger is the existence of BluePrint's outstanding roster of Strategic Partners, all recognized as leaders in the Emerging Technology Market.

EmbraceCortel, operating in the northeast, will be BluePrint’s fourth regional subsidiary and together with the current regional subsidiary companies (Standard Tel Networks throughout California, Brookside Technology Partners in Texas, and U.S. Voice & Data in Kentucky and Indiana), Brookside is the 2nd largest Mitel Authorized Partner in the United States, as well as a Double Diamond NEC Dealer. Other strategic partnerships include NEC Financial Services, LifeSize Video Conferencing, AVST, Zeacom, Oaisys, Nortel, SinglePoint Solutions, and Datacom Warranty Corp.

BluePrint Chairman and CEO Michael Nole described Mr. Einstein and Mr. Larkin as industry veteran and leaders with unsurpassed sales and operational management experience.
