Michael Einstein, CEO

Mr. Einstein, who founded Embrace Technologies in 2001, is a 25 plus year industry veteran with unsurpassed sales and operational management experience. He has an entrepreneurial spirit forged with an unrelenting eye on quality and an uncompromising commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Prior to launching Embrace Technologies, he was Executive Vice President for Eureka Networks, overseeing all company sales and operations. He also successfully held senior management positions with industry leading companies such as, Executone Business Solutions, Jackson Voice and Data and the Siemens Rolm Corporation.

Mr. Einstein’s responsibilities include overseeing the strategic growth and development of the Region while incorporating his intense energy, vision and drive.

Dennis Larkin, VP of Operations

Dennis Larkin has over 38 years of telecommunications experience. His impressive resume includes New York Telephone, Installation Manager for Litton Business Telephone, and Operations Manager for Teleconnect, Inc.  Further, he is one of the founding partners of Cortel Business Solutions, a Mitel Platinum Dealer, founded in 1979. As the Executive Vice President of Customer Service for Cortel, Mr. Larkin was responsible for a customer base of over 1000 customers in the tri-state area. Additionally, he managed the ongoing growth of large hospitals and universities, as well as their onsite support teams. Mr. Larkin was passionate about keeping the technical staff of over 25 trained technicians abreast on the latest technology, helping to make Cortel an industry leader.

Robert Handel has  17 years of Sales and Sales Management experience in the Unified Communications Space.  Robert has been the driving force behind Cortel's continued growth in the marketplace, as Vice President of Sales for the past 6 years.  Robert combines a strong technical expertise and business acumen to deliver the right solutions to his customers.

 

Kevin Doyle, Regional VP of Sales

Kevin Doyle, Area VP of Sales

Kevin has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with a 16-year focus on the telecommunications sector.  He has been leading the sales and marketing efforts at Embrace Technologies for over 7 years.

Prior to joining Embrace Technologies, Kevin was Vice President of Sales for Executone Business Solutions, Staples Communiations, Matrix Telecom and Communications Design Group.  Kevin's expertise is building customers' trust, orchestrating and delivering the right technology solution to the end user.  As a leader and innovator, Kevin is a valuable member of the EmbraceCORTEL Technologies team.
