Clifford Karpo, Operations Manager
Clifford has over 28 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. Starting at Century Telephone Inc. he worked up to lead installation technician. Mr Karpo started at Teleconnect in 1988 as Field Service Technician where he quickly worked his way up to lead installer for this growing company. In 1994 his managerial skills were quite evident and he was promoted to the Manager of Adds, Moves and Changes tot he installed base. In 2000, Mr. Karpo accepted the position of Operations Manager at Cortel Business Solutions overseeing a base of 1000+ customes in the Tri-State area.

Larry Libassi, Service Manager
Larry started his career in Telecommunications as a field Technician in 1983 for Long Island Sound Systems. He came over to Cortel Business Solutions in 1986 as a technician, and worked his way up to system engineer. He served as Cortel's company liason for the Long Island College Hospital for two years before becomming the service manager in 2003. In this role, he has developed procedures to allow the service teams to operate in various severe weather situations as well as leveraged technology to create more effecient dispach protocol.
